Beluga Whales " This is PORTRAIT OF KAVNA"

Whales in captivity are quickly becoming a controversy over whether or not this is necessary to educate the public about the plight to protect their environment.
Kavna swam down to the window in her aquarium one day while I happened to be visiting there and she stopped for a few minutes seeming to pose with a beautiful smile, allowing me to take her photograph.
A few weeks later, I was inspired to do this oil on canvas painting of her.
Limited Edition Prints are available for sale. For enquiries....please leave comment or message here.
 Original painting SOLD.
Kavna is a Beluga Whale residing at the Vancouver Aquarium in Vancouver, Canada.

Sometimes the only place can be
a little space where one can see
a clear and present wakening,
allowing heart and soul to sing.
